SenFREAKINsational! That’s all I can say. Finesse Catering are a culinary diverse team, whose fresh food thinking delivers high quality, vibrant and most of all TASTY food for weddings and any event. Brad and Roong, the owners, have created something so special with their catering business here on the Mornington Peninsula. But they couldn’t do it without their lovely team who are always just so fun and polite to be around. I get so excited when my couples tell me they have booked Finesse Catering. By the time I get to chat to these two beautiful beings, I’ve been on my feet for eight hours and am ravenous, and I feel so spoilt when they insist I try their delicious, often Asian inspired goodness. They do it so well and are absolute champions of the catering scene down here on the Mornington Peninsula.

Holy Moly, can Elle and her team at Moreish create some magic on a plate! Their food is known by all of the Mornington Peninsula Wedding suppliers down here, and when we get together for supplier gatherings, if Elle says she is catering , you clear your calendar quick smart. With such a large variety of different culinary influences, you are spoilt for choice with their extensive menu.  You’ll be amazed at how their bite-sized canapés pack such a flavour punch. Elle and her team know that it’s not just the food that makes for a memorable wedding or event, but the spirit of great hospitality as well. And they nail this aspect perfectly too. Get a piece of their sticky pork belly into quick smart. DELICIOS!

Going Gourmet

Going Gourmet cook the way I love to eat.  With an emphasis on fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients, their slogan says it all, ‘Catering by chefs for people with taste buds’. With a range of different menu styles for your function, you aren’t boxed in when planning your food for your function. They prepare such AMAZING banquets for weddings. Just looking at the spreads they create makes you feel like you’re a queen at a medieval feast, and that’s before you’ve even had a bite! Their food is honest, wholesome and fresh and perfect for parties.  They can cater for a 200 strong party to an intimate 30 person backyard party. Their food has also been eaten and raved about at large events and TV shows such as The Australian Open, Masterchef, The Block and Portsea Polo. Your taste buds are in safe hands.

Roast N Roll

If it’s tasty, real and proper filling food you’d like for your wedding guests, look no further than Roast N Roll. Specialising, but not limited to, the classic pulled pork burger, Roast N Roll will feed your hungry guests just what they’re hankering for after a long day on the bubbles. A decent burger, home made slaw and some hand cut fries, what more is there to life? Based on the Mornington Peninsula, they can bring either their casual food truck or their classier caravan to your local wedding or event, or book them further afield. Good food is not where it ends with these two, they are also super friendly, hard working and dedicated to making your special occasion a great one.  I really fancy one of their sliders after writing this!

Mr. Curtis

Mr. Curtis knows how to function! They’ve been serving up tasty morsels on their beloved balcony in Mount Martha for over 10 years. They moved into functions once people started begging them to bring the balcony vibes to their parties. They have a great range of function food options, from their highly demanded Tostadas, tasty pizzas, Thai mini burgers and their much coveted Paella is to live forever for. I’ve not had a better one, even in Spain! Go down there for a drink one sunny sunset evening and see for yourself what the fuss is about.

These guys pump out the best mobile pizza on the Mornington Peninsula and what could be better after a fun filled day witnessing their loved ones marry than fuelling up for the dance floor on one of the most loved foods on the planet.
