Caitlin and Lewis's stunning Redhill Wedding was more than a dream. They chose the gorgeous Lionsgate Redhill in Redhill for their marquee celebrations and with it's amazing views of Port Phillip Bay and lovely pool and gardens, it was an easy choice for them.
From Caitlin's absolutely stunning Mariana Hardwick gown and Lewis's gorgeous three piece suit teamed with his peacock feather bowtie.....this couple have style.
But, most importantly this gorgeous Mornington Peninsula wedding was over flowing with LOVE!!! Love between Lewis and Caitlin, of course, but the cup runneth over between their families; Lewis and his Mum, Caitlin and her beautiful sister, both of the mums......everyone was so happy and so happy to be together! It was just so beautiful to witness! There were loads of joyful tears and heartfelt laughs. I felt truly blessed to be their wedding photographer and to be a mornington peninsula wedding photographer, for that matter.

Some amazing Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne creatives came together to stand up for LOVE!!! We wanted to show our support to same sex couples and declare our Mornington Peninsula wedding businesses same sex ready. At the time of tis shoot, same sex couples were unable to marry under Australian law. We wanted change!
This shoot was located in beautiful Redhill at Summerhill Alpaca farm and we couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous afternoon. Annamaria and Shardy were so fun to photograph and we all learned how curious and friendly Alpacas are.
Everything fell into place so beautifully for this shoot; Shards beautiful Silvana Tedesco gown was made for her, Annamaria's amazing My Flowerhouse flower crown was out of this world and Rachael did such an amazing job with the girls' makeup.
We are all so thrilled that same sex marriage is now legalised in Australia!!!

Celebrant - Georgia Mills
Video - Rachael Mary Films
Dress - Karen Willis Holmes
Wedding Photographer - Miss Pickle Photography, Mornington Peninsula
Shiona and James had originally planned a Bayside wedding, but Covid wasn’t having it. After a couple of date changes, the lovely couple decided on Yering Station in the beautiful Yarra Valley. And it couldn’t have worked out any better for these wine enthusiast!
It absolutely poured in the morning leading up to the wedding and then the weather gods really turned it on. I had the pleasure of working with the lovely Georgia Mills, who is so natural, bubbly and caring and most importantly FUN! The service was the right balance of heartfelt and funny.
After the ceremony, the light was dropping quickly so Rachael Mary Films and I got straight to work creating some gorgeous imagery of this beautiful Yarra Valley Wedding. I felt so fortunate to be a Yarra Valley wedding photographer that afternoon. The light has such a beautiful orange tone to it in the Yarra Valley in Autumn and the sky was cloudy and moody. I just love a Yarra Valley Wedding.
James’s speech was easily one of the best I’ve ever heard, referencing all of their favourite sports people. He had everyone in stitches The dance floor was pumping, thanks to the Mums. I loved hanging out with this awesome couple and their nearest and dearest!
A Mornington Peninsula Wedding
Venue - All Smiles Sorrento
Flowers - Petal To the Metal
Celebrant - Kat Sillars
This was such a beautiful Winter Wedding at the always gorgeous All Smiles Sorrento. Katie and Nick were the most hilarious couple. They had a whirlwind love affair and knew that they wanted to be together forever. They decided to have a relaxed beach wedding at All Smiles, despite the fact they hate sand!!
The Mornington Peninsula put the perfect Winter day on for them band Kat delivered a hilarious ceremony that just spoke volumes about this fun loving couple. Katie and Nick decided to keep it simple and have no bridal party and so as to not offend anyone, they 'meat raffled' their marriage certificate witnesses. Such a crack up.
Despite their adversity to sand, the decided to go down to the beach for a quick location shoot and I'm so glad they did. I love these photos.... Katie's dress, the GORGEOUS bouquet by Petal to the Metal and the incredible Winter sunset.
Such a a simple yet beautiful Winter wedding here on the Mornington Peninsula which I was so greatful to be a part of!

As soon as I met Catherine and Luke I knew they were absolute sweet hearts. They are both so down to earth and they have such a special bond between them. Their Country Victoria Wedding day took place at a friend's property in Nyora on a hot March day. Catherine's talented friend, Julie Klein, created the most amazing bouquets which complemented the girls' dresses so beautifully. Jude Hilberts delivered such a lovely service over looking the rolling hills of Nyora, I don't think there was a dry eye on the lawn. It was such a spectacular spot for a country Victoria Wedding.
After the ceremony and a couple of champagnes, the lovely newly weds and their bridal party and I had a stroll through the property to have their wedding photos taken. Catherine and Luke got in with the horses which was the highlight of the day for me (well one of them). It was very Country Victoria Wedding and so much fun!
The speeches were so touching. I always LOVE the speeches at a wedding because I get to know the couples so much more and learn about their lives. This amazing couple have been through so much together and have come out the other side stronger for it.
Then there was dancing. MAN, was there dancing! It was such a great party. It was an absolute pleasure to be their wedding photographer. It's days like this that I thank my lucky stars to be a country Victoria wedding photographer.
Mamancana Game Reserve , Colombia
I was so grateful to be asked to photograph my best man buddie’s wedding in Colombia. It was such an amazing couple of weeks over there getting to know his lovely friends and spending time with Johnny again. Colombia is a magical country and I’m so lucky to have been given the chance to photograph a wedding there, pretty amazing stuff!
After a heartfelt ceremony on top of the hill looking over Santa Marta we had a play by the pool with their bridal party. It was so much fun. Then, in true Colombian form, it was like one MASSIVE party. They had it all going on , from and awesomely choriographed first dance complete with light show, to traditional Cumbia dances and dj’s. It was the most fun!

An amazing bunch of Mornington Peninsula Wedding suppliers got together to create this gorgeous styled shoot.
As a wedding photographer on the Mornington Peninsula we photograph lots of wedding. The Mornington Peninsula is known for its beach and winery weddings, but we wanted to explore the potential of it’s ‘urban side’ using this amazing indoor space. Casa De Playa has such a fun, vibrant feel and its function space is spacious and warm, even throughout Winter months, thanks to the atrium style windows. We feel this gives couples such a great Winter venue option down here on the Mornington Peninsula. We played with bright, ‘fiesta’ colours as this venue just laughs out loud with them.
We had so much fun working together and getting to know each other more on this shoot. The whole process made me feel so happy to be a Mornington Peninsula wedding photographer. The possibilities for beautiful wedding photos down here are endless and the suppliers in this area are so creative and kind. We truly are so so blessed!
Venue - Driftwood Shed
Dress - Shona Joy
Emy and Cian's wedding (The Celebration of Love) was so special to me. Emy and I have been friends for a long time and when she asked me to be her wedding photographer I was touched!
Our friend, Shona Joy, designed her gorgeous vintage gown and Emy wore her grandmother's watch..... all such personal touches to such a special day. Em wore a gorgeous head piece by Samath Willis Bridal, which could not have been more perfect for her.
The Driftwood shed was such a stunning backdrop for their ceremony and they could not have asked for a more beautiful Autumn day. There were many laughs and tears of joy and it will always go down as one of my favourite days ever.
Deb and Basil's Garden
Hair and Makeup - Makeup by Sophie Knox
Reception - Mornington Bowls Club
Catering - Paella Home Plate
Music - Ronstand Band
Deb and Basil are a couple of hotties. They are so down to earth despite their gorgeous looks and awesome achievements. This gorgeous celebration in their beautiful garden on the Mornington Peninsula was a credit to both of them.
Deb looked absolutely stunning in her gown, adorned with her Grandmother's necklace which suited her so perfectly. Sophie Knox did such a lovely job of Deb's hair and makeup. Basil absolutely lost it when he saw her, it really was so special. Moments like those I have to pinch myself that I get to be a wedding photographer for such amazing people down here on the Mornington Peninsula.
Their family friend became their 'celebrant' with plans to officiate the marriage at a later date. It was such a personal service, without a dry eye under the oak tree.
After the ceremony the guest were treated to an amazing cheese spread, one of the reasons Deb and Basil wanted to have a wedding in the first place. They even had Main Ridge Dairy make them their very own variety.
After some chill out time on the beach with their bridal party they headed back to the Mornington Bowls Club for a massive party. They had Paella Home Plate serve a delicious Paella and the dance floor was packed thanks to the Ronstand Band.
Thanks for having me photograph this gorgeous Mornington Peninsula Wedding, guys!

Jessie and Michael had their wedding at Mornington Peninsula's Moonah Links. It was such a stunning afternoon and they were both so excited!
Jessie wore a very pretty Sabrina Moda gown which suited her so well. Her bouquet was more than stunning thanks to the very talented girls at Pretty Street Flowers.
They wanted to keep it all very simple and relaxed and so Jessie chose to have her best friend as her bridesmaid and Mike asked his sister to be his right hand lady. Both of the girls decided what they would wear and it all came together beautifully.
Emma's service was fun and light hearted, as always, and all of the children involved sat beautifully on rugs at the front and watched on happily.
This pair are just so gorgeous together. It was so fun to be there on the day and I oooo'd an ahhh'd whilst editing because the love they share between them is just so evident.
Thanks for having me at your Mornington Peninsula Wedding, guys.
Claire and Clay
Venue – Oyl
Catering – Sarah Roe Catering
This was such a great day! Claire and Clay are two of the most hard working, caring and genuinely sweet people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Getting to know their friends and family on the day was so special.
They wanted their wedding day to be relaxed, easy and fun. And that it was. They were blessed with a beautifully warm October day to seal the deal amongst the olive groves at Oyl. After a really fun location session with their amazing bridal party there was LOTS of dancing and hugs. Such a special day Bellarine Peninsula wedding.

This gorgeous young and completely in love pair contacted me when they lost confidence in their original wedding photographer. As nerve racking as the experience was for them, it all work out for the best and their wedding photos down on Sorento back beach are so gorgeous.
Their celebration took place at the always awesome All Smiles, Sorrento. It was an easy choice for them to have an All Smiles wedding as they wanted the ceremony and reception in the one place, by the beach. This venue never disappoints. All Smiles Sorrento is such a great venue for a wedding because everything is all there.... outdoor wedding ceremony space looking over the beautiful Sorrento Beach, an indoor wedding ceremony space in case of rain, the beach for beautiful wedding photography and the cliffs for more wedding photography. And it also has it's very own living legend, Kat Sillers,
The icing on the wedding cake was their fun and relaxed celebrant, Kat Sillars, who delivered a heart warming service which really represented these two amazing beings. Their vows had everyone in tears, including this here wedding photographer. It was so special.
After the service we went down to Sorrento Beach for their wedding photos. We had so much fun with the wedding party down on Sorrento beach. They had two gorgeous flowers girls to complete their team who loved being part of the wedding photos. When the bridesmaids and groomsmen had done their bit they headed back up to All Smiles to relax and enjoy the canapés over looking beautiful Sorrento beach.
The tide was out on Sorrento Beach which meant we were able to get into the rock pools down there, a photographers dream when shooting an All Smiles Wedding. These two were so relaxed and Cody just stared and smiled at his beautiful new bride. Some couples just love having their photo taken, and this two nailed it. It was such an amazing day and their wedding photos are so so sweet, as they are. They were so easy to be with and take wedding photos of because it was as if I wasn't there, their attention was just on each other.
After their wedding photography down on Sorrento beach, we went back up to All Smiles for the reception. The view from All Smiles out onto Sorrento Beach is just spectacular and it makes it such a great venue choice for couples wanting a beach wedding on the Mornington Peninsula.
There was lots of dancing, eating and some really heartfelt speeches at this All Smiles Wedding.
Venue - Portsea Hotel
Flowers - Hello Blossoms
Sarah and Matt travelled from Aubrey to have a Mornington Peninsula wedding at the gorgeous Portsea Hotel.
I absolutely LOVE a Portsea Hotel Wedding. The views are spectacular at both the ceremony space and the reception space, it's close to home which is a bonus, the staff are always amazing and I love venues where the guests don't have to move locations. Portsea Hotel Weddings tick all of the boxes.
The weather did not disappoint at Sarah and Matt's Portsea Hotel Wedding. Their guests were treated to a loved up beach ceremony on the beautiful lawn overly looking the bay. Portsea Hotel weddings are always so beautiful . The Portsea Hotel sits on top of a hill, overlooking the stunning Port Phillip Bay and is a magical place to have a wedding.
Gorgeous Sarah walked down the aisle with no shoes but instead beautiful foot jewellery. This really added to the relaxed beach vibe of their beautiful Portsea Hotel wedding. After the ceremony we went out to the beach at the front of the Portsea Hotel for their wedding photos. We had so much fun with the bridal party down on the Portsea Beach. Sarah is practically a model in front of the camera and Matt couldn't keep his eyes off her. There was a full moon looking over us on the beach which just added to the magical mood of this Portsea Hotel Wedding.
Then we went back up to the reception at the Portsea Hotel. The reception was fun filled and beautiful. Their donut cake was an absolute hit! Congratulations you two, and thanks for having me.
